| BRYN REES - Managing Director/ Agronomist While Bryn has overall responsibility for the business, his passion, and most of his time is taken in providing agronomic advice to customers. Not one to be inside, you are most likely to find him doing a paddock inspection or soil test. Outside of the business his interests extend to rugby (watching it these days) and farming. |
GLENN ELLIOTT – Freight Manager Glenn manages our freight and cartage business and has been driving trucks for more than 20 years. Glenn has lived in Taralga all of his life and is a well respected and active participant in the community. Glenn is a staunch St George Dragons supporter, enjoys spending time with his family and is a pretty handy bowler. |

| MAC PATERSON – General Manager In addition to his responsibilities of store and staff management, Mac come from an animal health background and offers great technical advice on all animal health issues. Originally a Queenslander, he has settled near Crookwell with his family and enjoys coaching kids sport, playing in the dirt with his Bobcat and being a part time farmer. |
JIMMY DEAN – Truck Driver Jimmy has worked in the business for more that 20 years. When he is not driving trucks he is busy sharpening chains, repairing chainsaws and occasionally helping in the shop, where he doesn’t make a bad pot of tea. Outside of work he spends his time collecting old machinery and waiting for the Cronulla Sharks to win the grand final. |

| JOE CORBY – Truck Driver/Deliveries Joe works Thursdays doing deliveries, tidying and helping out in the yard and can also sharpen chains. When he is not with us he is filling one of his many other responsibilities about town. |
KARINA REES – Finance Manager Karina takes care of all the admin functions in the business. If you have a query with your account Karina will happily help out. Outside of the business Karina spends her time with her 3 young kids enjoys a game of tennis and a chance to get into a good book. |

| DALE CHALKER – Agronomy & Technical Assistant Dale is locally born and bred. He likes to be out and about soil testing or visiting farmers around the district. He has been involved in the agricultural industry for many years. Dale previously worked for NSW DPI where he gained much experience in pasture and grazing systems. Outside of work he spends time on his farm with his wife Kirstie and their three kids. |
JOHN BROTCHIE – Sales Manager John has been involved in the rural industry from working on farms, to working in merchandise stores and as a sales rep for leading suppliers in our industry. His main rural interest is production through animal health and nutrition. He is passionate about electric fencing. John lives in Canberra with his partner Erica and spends his spare time with his daughters at pony clubs. |

| JANELLE NEALE – Sales Assistant Janelle is our first point of contact for customers when entering the shop or by phone. Born and bred in Taralga, Janelle has worked for the NSW Health Department and assisted the Manager of Hanworth Station for many years. Outside of work she likes spending her time with her family, enjoys breeding and showing her stock horses and doing the odd campdraft. |
AMANDA REES – Project Assistant Amanda assists with projects throughout the business ranging from OH&S, website updates to stock management. Originally from Sydney, She settled in Taralga with her family. She has a background in the hospitality and plumbing industries. Outside of work Amanda spends her time with her two young kids. She enjoys cooking and working on the next chocolate creation for her small handmade business. |

| LISA SHERIDAN – Finance Assistant Lisa moved to Taralga 10 years ago from Milperra, Sydney. Having worked in Goulburn for a few years she decided it was time to start a family. She is now responsible for two adorable children and one fantastic husband! Lisa is also a personal carer at Sunset Lodge, Taralga. Outside of work she enjoys quality time with her family, loves camping, and a little gardening. Overall, she’s pretty easy going! |
PETER BOTT – Spray Truck Operator Peter has been with Taralga Rural for 2 years and while his role is our Spray Truck Operator and Repairer he also takes on the duties of mechanic, stock handler, boiler maker and general roustabout. Although Peter says he is too busy to have a social life he does enjoy to spend what spare time he does have on his property with his wife and 2 German Shephards. |
